ルチアハウス築地の各部屋には個室が３部屋あり、完全にプライバシーが保たれてます。

女性には嬉しい各部屋の共用部分にはシャワー、洗面化粧台、姿見鏡や靴入れなど女性には欠かせない設備も充実。また、各部屋にはミニキッチンもあり（２０２号室以外）簡単な調理も部屋から出ずにできます。

 

各個室の設備も充実。各個室には冷凍冷蔵庫も完備されています。収納機能付きベッドや鏡付きのワードローブで収納も充実しています。さらに全個室には２４インチ液晶テレビも備え付けられています。

 

グランドオープンに伴い館内をオシャレに全面改装し、セキュリティーを重視することによって女性が安心して楽しく生活出来る設備を整えました。また、ルチアハウス築地は全１５名の募集ですので、大人数の女性専用シェアハウスライフを送れることでしょう。銀座から近い人気の築地エリアで快適な生活を楽しんでくさい。

 

There are 3-private rooms in each of the rooms where privacy is kept completely. The Common Area inside the rooms are equipped with shower, vanity mirror, shoe rack, full-length mirror and etc. In addition, each room comes with a mini-kitchen (except #202) for simple cooking with out leaving the room.

 

Private Rooms are also well-equipped. Each private rooms have refrigerator for private use. Also, other furnishings include a bed that is  equipped with storage function, and a wardrobe to store your clothes and personal belongings.

 

Lucia House Tsukiji's max occupancy is 15 people, where residents can enjoy a fun, large group share house life. Vice versa, Lucia House Tsukiji assures privacy in each of the private rooms. Residents will enjoy the convenient and stylish life in the popular "Tsukiji Area" close to Ginza.
