Lucia House Tsukiji is a share house based on 3 key concepts, 1.) Cultural Living, 2.) International Exchange, and 3.) women who pursues an active lifestyle in Central Tokyo. In addition to the cultural aspect such as Kabukiza Theatre and Tsukiji Fish Market, the share house is also a prime location for commuting to work and school! Our residents may enjoy dining and shopping in Ginza and Roppongi on their days off. 各部屋にシャワー、トイレ、ミニキッチン（２０２号室は除く）、靴入れ、ロッカー、化粧鏡付き洗面台等を完備。また、生活に必要な家電製品(電子レンジ、電気ポット等)一式、揃っております。２０１号室は多目的ルームのリビングがあり、オシャレなシャンデリア、大型テレビ、ソファ、カウンター、冷蔵庫、フルサイズキッチン等の設備が充実！
3.専有設備も充実各
個室にテレビ、ワードローブ、収納機能付きベッド、冷蔵庫などが完備されています。各部屋には個室が３室で設計され、レジデントのプライバシーが保たれています。
4.セキュリティ充実
正面玄関はオートロック、2重のチェックで女性も安心できます。1.玄関(レジデントのみロック解除できます)

Each room comes equipped with shower, western style toilet, mini-kitchen (except for Room#202), shoe box, locker, vanity and full-length mirror. Also, everyday electronics such as microwave, hot water dispenser, and etc. comes standard. Living Room (Room #201) is available for use to all of the resident. Living Room is equipped with Chic Chandelier, 52 in. LCD TV, Sofa, Counter, Refrigerator, Ful Size Kitchen and more!
3.Private Facility
Each private rooms are equipped 24 in. TV, Wardrobe, Bed with storage function,small refrigerator and more. Each room consists of 3 private rooms thus residents's privacy are kept.
4.Security
Main Entrance uses Auto-Lock System. 2 security points that makes resident safe.
